The Challenge

FASHION LINK French sourcing agent headquartered in Shanghai. With historical clients among top European apparel players such as Etam, Naf-Naf, Promod… the contractor has gradually upgraded its services to include design, manufacturing and QC.After 15 years of rapid expansion the CEO felt the need to clarify the value proposition and build the next company chapter on a shared vision with his team, clients and prospects.

 
 
 

The Solution

We developed a clear articulation of the business and crafted the corporate presence from logo to company presentation to showroom redesign.We built a current picture of the organisation and identified a territory that could rationalise the positioning and key-values that could connect all stakeholders.We formulated the key-messages and tone of voice and developed the corporate communications from emailing to company brochure.We redesigned the logo and developed a complete VI system across all company collaterals, internal signage and packaging accessories.We redesigned the 4-storey showroom in Shanghai to reflect the new strategic positioning, and we led the complete project renovation.
